Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. Most orders within the continental United States arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. The Country Butcher is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, The Country Butcher is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating the shipment.
